This one-hour presentation by the author of Why Our Drug Laws Have Failed and What We Can Do About It (Temple University Press, 2001, 2012) from one of the nation’s first judicial advocates against drug prohibition will discuss practical ways to detect substance abuse problems with yourself, your colleagues, your staff, and your clients, what avenues of substance abuse rehabilitation programs are available out there for lawyers, and a discussion about diverse ideas of improvements to our nation’s drug policy.
