Javier Rivera-Carbone and Shadie Berenji Join Fisher & Phillips LLP

Fisher & Phillips LLP, one of the nation’s largest law firms in the field of labor and employment law, has announced two new additions to its Irvine, Calif. office: Of Counsel Javier Rivera-Carbone and Associate Shadie Berenji.

For over a decade, Rivera-Carbone has successfully represented management in labor and employment law matters. In addition to handling litigation matters, Rivera Carbone also has extensive experience in providing preventive counseling and training to employers. Rivera-Carbone graduated magna cum laude from the Inter American University in Puerto Rico . He earned his bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the University of Dayton, Ohio. He brings to Fisher & Phillips his understanding of Latin American popular and legal cultures to the firm. In addition, Rivera-Carbone speaks both Spanish and English. He resides in San Clemente with his family.
Berenji is a graduate of the University of Southern California Gould School of Law. Just prior, Berenji attended University of California at Los Angeles , earning a bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Sociology. As an associate with the firm, Berenji will call upon her past litigation experience with Fortune 500 companies and medical providers on complex employment-related issues. Currently, Berenji is a resident of Irvine .
